Dr. Richardson has been in practice since 2001 and has practiced in Decatur since 2003. Dr. Richardson cares for patients in the clinic, on hospice, as well as four nursing homes in the area.
In addition to Family Practice, Dr. Richardson maintains Board Certifications in Geriatrics, as well as, Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Christi is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 11 years of emergency room nursing experience, along with experience with family medicine, urgent care and hospice.
Christi earned her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2010. She went on the earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021.
Christi enjoys caring for patient of all ages and has a special interest in women's health and chronic care management. Whether providing routine preventative care, addressing a new concern, or helping manage an ongoing health condition, Christi strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and actively being involved in their care.
Kyle Motsenbocker has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2019 and brings more than 12 years of nursing experience to patient care. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Kyle gained extensive clinical experience caring for patients in both acute and critical care settings.
After earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Kyle worked for two years on a specialized chest pain and stroke unit. He later spent five years providing critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit at Medical City Denton before completing his graduate education and becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
Megan Baker is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in emergency and acute care. She began her nursing career in 2018 and spent five years caring for patients in the Emergency Department at Texas Health Harris Methodist, where she served as a member of both the trauma and stroke teams.
While completing her graduate education, Megan completed much of her clinical training at HealthWise Clinic under the guidance of Nurse Practitioner Christi Owens and Dr. Richardson.
After earning her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2023, she gained additional experience in gastroenterology before returning to HealthWise Clinic as a provider in December 2024.
